Installation Specialist
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Installation Specialist to help us save the day for local businesses by installing and maintaining their critical technology components. If you enjoy working onsite with hardware, tackling technical puzzles, and delivering top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Highlights:
Compensation: $22–$24/hour + productivity bonuses (up to $5/billed hour) with PTO, paid holidays, and an employer-sponsored retirement plan.
The Role: Provide onsite installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for low voltage wiring, network racks, security cameras, and wireless bridge equipment.
Schedule: Full-time (36+ hours/week), Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with occasional evenings/weekends).
Requirements: Exceptional problem-solving skills, a clean driving record, a proactive mindset, and the physical agility to use power tools, work on ladders, and lift 50 lbs.
Technology Solutions Consultant
We are looking for a high-energy Technology Solutions Consultant to help us connect local businesses with top-tier IT and technology solutions. If you enjoy building relationships, driving growth, and blending technical consulting with business development, we want to hear from you!
Key Highlights:
Compensation: $22/hour + commission (OTE $75,000) with PTO and a retirement plan.
The Role: Generate B2B opportunities through networking, leads, and outreach, selling our complete portfolio of IT, VoIP, and surveillance services.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Requirements: Proven experience in B2B or IT sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a tech-curious, proactive mindset.
Entry-Level Installer Technician
-Install low-voltage wiring
-Install network infrastructure equipment (primarily security cameras, wifi systems, phones, data, etc.)
-Perform basic IT Support Tasks
IT Support Technician (Tier I)
-Install and Manage end-user customer equipment (primarily networks, workstations, VoIP phones, domain environments, etc.)
-CompTia A+ certification preferred
IT Support Technician (Tier II)
-Advanced level knowledge and work experience with network and domain environments.
-Proficiency with Office 365, Hyper-V / VMware
-CompTia A+ / Network+ certification preferred
Additional Qualifications for all Technicians
-Desire to learn and grown with Coblentz Technology
-Fulfill projects from start to finish independently
-Strong communications skill, both in-person and over the phone
-Provide exceptional customer service
-Thoroughly utilize CRM system to create and manage support tickets and jobs
-Valid driver’s license with a clean record
