  • Maintain valid licenses for software used within their environment.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving recommendations, proposals, and project deliverables.

We may recommend, resell, install, or support third-party hardware, software, cloud services, and telecommunications solutions.

Coblentz Technology is not responsible for:

  • Third-party service outages
  • Vendor product defects
  • Licensing restrictions
  • Changes to third-party products or pricing

All third-party products remain subject to the applicable vendor’s terms and conditions.
